Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation, Polo & Wine will apply the following cancellation policy:
- There is no penalty if it is cancelled within 10 days before the client’s arrival.
- 50% penalty if cancelled from 13 to 10 days before the client’s arrival.
- 100% penalty if cancelled less than 10 days before the client’s arrival.
- No Show: In case of a no-show (the deadline for the client to arrive is midnight of the confirmed arrival date), the hotel will charge the full amount of the client’s stay, including spa and wellness facilities and all previously booked services.
